Usage, spending controls, and software subscriptions

Call time: 400 connected AI minutes per month; extra minutes are $0.49 each. We total actual seconds rather than rounding every call up to a minute. Time includes silence or hold while the assistant is connected. Unused allowances do not roll over.

Texts: 300 standard SMS segments per month; extra segments are $0.05 each. Longer texts can use more than one segment. The allowance covers customer confirmations and owner alerts, and is shared by additional locations.

You stay in control: Usage alerts at 80% and 100%, a spending ceiling you approve, and an agreed fallback to your own phone or voicemail. Higher-volume packages can be quoted before you need them.

Your software: Calendar and CRM configuration are included only within the agreed scope. Required third-party subscriptions, additional seats, and unusual carrier charges are disclosed before work starts. Customer-owned Calendly subscriptions are billed directly by Calendly.

Which product should I start with?

If local customers have trouble finding or choosing you online, start with GetFound. If you need help answering, qualifying, or booking incoming callers, start with GetBooked. A strong Google presence can still be a good fit for call assistance.

Can I keep my current business number?

That’s the preferred approach. We review your phone system and configure agreed routing—such as after-hours, overflow, or full-time answering—where your system supports it.

Can the assistant actually book an appointment?

GetBooked Core includes one calendar integration. We test availability and your booking rules before launch. When a booking can’t be confirmed, the assistant captures a request or routes it to a person.

How does my team get notified?

Standard email and text alerts are included. Your 300 monthly SMS segments are shared between customer booking confirmations and owner notifications. We agree who gets alerted, and when, before launch.

What’s included in setup and monthly service?

GetFound is $99 per month with standard onboarding included for one existing verified Google profile. GetBooked installation is $499: $299 to start and $200 at approved launch, followed by $399 per month. The bundle uses the same $499 staged installation and includes standard GetFound onboarding; monthly service is $478 ($399 GetBooked + $79 GetFound). GetBooked and bundle monthly billing begins at approved launch. Standard call setup covers business knowledge, routing, one supported calendar workflow, bilingual testing, and a controlled launch. Larger changes and custom integrations are separately quoted.

What happens if I use more minutes or texts?

GetBooked and the bundle include 400 connected AI minutes and 300 standard SMS segments per month. Extra usage is $0.49 per minute and $0.05 per standard SMS segment. Additional locations share these allowances. We agree usage alerts, a spending ceiling, and fallback routing before launch.

How soon can we launch?

The standard implementation plan targets a controlled launch around day 14, after intake, integration testing, customer approval, and handoff training. Timing depends on access, scope, and testing results.

Exactly what does GetFound include?

One existing verified Google Business Profile, an initial categories/services/hours check, four scheduled Google posts, up to 100 review-request emails, up to 50 AI-drafted review replies, and one profile activity/review report each month. You supply current business details, photos, and customer contact data you are authorized to use, and approve posts and replies before publication. Email requests use one standard customer-list upload workflow; custom CRM triggers are quoted separately. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Website blogs, review-request SMS, verification/reinstatement projects, custom SEO strategy, website changes, and extra profiles are separately quoted. The bundle has the same GetFound scope for $79/month, with GetBooked at $399/month. Call-related SMS stays within GetBooked’s separate allowance.

Can you make ChatGPT or Gemini recommend my business?

No recommendation is guaranteed. A separate AI discovery audit checks technical access, public business facts, customer questions, and sampled answers. We distinguish documented platform guidance from experiments and report what we observe. Google Profile Care remains a Google-only plan.

Does GetFound guarantee Google rankings?

No. We improve your profile, reputation process, and contact paths, then report measurable changes against a baseline. No specific Google position, number of jobs, or revenue result is promised.

What happens with complex or urgent calls?

We define priority and transfer rules with you. Calls can be organized into urgent follow-up, new opportunities, existing customers, general questions, and vendor or sales calls. Priority labels help your team review what needs attention; they do not replace human judgment. Transfers go to your own team, with an agreed fallback if nobody is available.
